Civil Workflow Control System Transaction Status Search

To check on a CWCS (Civil Workflow Control System) transaction and view the transaction's status you must enter the complete TCN (Transaction Control Number). Failure to do so will result in the message “Transaction Not Found”.

The "Transaction Status" is only related to the processing within the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). There may be additional processing time within the organization requiring the criminal history check.
